Every revenue figure, occupancy rate, market score, and comparable listing on this site is an estimate derived from third-party market data. Actual results vary widely based on the property, the operator, pricing strategy, review history, seasonality, and local rules.

Market statistics are provided for research purposes only and do not constitute an offer of securities, investment advice, or a guarantee of performance.

We do not publish projected returns and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Do your own diligence and speak to your own professional advisors before you transact.

Short term rental rules change often and vary by municipality, zoning, and building. Our regulation summaries are researched in good faith with sources and verification dates shown, but they are not legal advice and may be out of date by the time you read them. Ross Stays is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Airbnb. Airbnb and other third-party names appear descriptively to identify platforms and are the property of their owners.

Ross Stays Pro at app.rosstays.com is a separate subscription product. Additional terms, including billing terms, will apply to it and will be presented before any purchase. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a subscription until those terms exist.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including market coverage, without notice. Our data providers can also change or terminate their service, which may affect what we are able to publish.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
